Inquiry is an important aspect of curriculum. Inquiry-based learning focuses on the student as learner, developing skillful, open-ended questioning skills. Being able to recognize different levels of questions is beneficial for all students in many areas of learning. Learn how to incorporate Bloom’s Taxonomy and Costa’s Levels of Inquiry to increase your students’ comprehension. This professional development seminar is hosted by veteran educators Gwen Offutt and Lynda Hardison. It is open for anyone to attend, free of charge. You do not need to be a UEA member to attend this seminar. All UEA Professional Development courses are certified by SBEC for continuing education credit. Certificates will be given at the end of the session. Drinks and light snacks will be provided. These seminars fill up quickly. If you can't get a seat, we usually have two of these seminars a month. Please check the calendar for the next available. Click Here to RegisterContact: [email protected] |
